We Found The Perfect Snack! One-Bowl Banana Bread (vegan, gluten-free)

 

For some reason, banana bread evokes memories of childhood for me - something about the smell of bananas and moist bread just makes me feel like a kid. This banana bread recipe couldn't be any easier. One bowl for easy clean up, plus it's vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free. A healthy, guiltless treat for the whole family to enjoy!

Ingredients
2 cups gluten free flour
½ cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 medium ripe bananas (the riper, the better!)
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp baking powder
½ cup raisins/ pecans (optional)

Method
1.    Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.
2.    Blend the maple syrup and bananas together.
3.    Sift dry ingredients and combine wet mixture with dry mixture, until well combined.
4.    Bake for 50 minutes, or until fork inserted into loaf comes out clean.
5.    Enjoy!
